With a natural ability to read a room and anticipate the rhythm of the day, she captures emotion in its most authentic form, transforming real moments into timeless visual memories.

Organised and detail-orientated, Liv brings structure and seamless coordination to Then and There Diaries. With a thoughtful, intuitive approach, she ensures every part of the experience feels effortless- from the first conversation to the final edit.
Liv has an eye for detail and a deep understanding of how your wedding day will naturally unfold.. She knows the flow, the pacing and the moments that matter, allowing her to anticipate what’s coming and capture it with precision and ease.
Her clear communication and refined sense of timing form the backbone of our process, helping couples feel supported, relaxed and fully present throughout their day.

If we’re available, we’ll set up a consultation call to get to know each other, chat about your plans, and make sure we’re the right fit.
3. LOCK IT IN
Keen to go ahead? Amazing! We’ll send a service agreement and an invoice for a 20% deposit to secure your date.
4. PRE-EVENT CATCH UP
One month before your big day, we’ll check in again to align on final details. You're welcome to send inspo, mood boards, anything that helps bring your vision to life.
5. THE BIG DAY
Relax and soak it all in. We’ll be there capturing every moment while you enjoy your beautifully planned day.
6. YOUR CONTENT
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive all your raw content. Edited videos will follow shortly after, ready to relive the magic again and again. We’re so excited to be part of your day and can’t wait to create something beautiful with you.
